Brian is the grill master in our household and I request that he take over when any grilling is involved. I didn’t plan real well on this one because we are in the middle of having a new deck built and our grill is sitting in our back yard. With this in mind, poor Brian had to walk around to the back of the house and camp out by the grill to make this (although I don’t think he minded because it was a beautiful evening and he had time to sit and relax with a nice cold beer).
Other than the inconvenience with our current grilling setup, this recipe for Tony’s Steak is super easy and a good option for easy summer entertaining. We marinated the steak for 24 hours and let it set out at room temperature about 20 minutes prior to putting on the grill.
It had great flavor. We even used our left over’s days later to make fajitas. Yum!
