I was excited to try out this Roasted Provolone appetizer. It looked simple to make and had the potential to be a real crowd pleaser. The presentation is fun and who doesn’t like warm, gooey, melted cheese on crunchy toast? This recipe didn’t wow me as much as expected but was still good and a possible go to recipe when entertaining.
