My parents came into town to watch our 12 month old little girl while Brian & I headed to our college football home opener.  I wanted to spoil them with a good dinner and dessert.  This Pineapple Upside-Down Cake made the cut.  My mom loved it.  By the time I tried it a day later, I wasn’t as impressed.  The cake was very moist however the overall flavors just didn’t do it for me.
