I loved this Spaghettini with Garlic and Dried Chili recipe for a quick weeknight meal! I viewed it as an amped up mac & cheese. The underlying garlic flavor was delicous and the chili spiced up the oil enough to provide the perfect amount of heat. The finished product was just noodles, tossed in flavored olive oil, and topped with cheese. This recipe would provide a great base for a variety of additions you might have on hand. Brian thought he’d like it even better with a little shrimp or chicken added. I agree!
