This well balanced Creamy Dijon Vinaigrette recipe was all that was needed to dress up a super simple salad of mixed greens. Served with a baked sweet potato and store bought rotisserie chicken, we had an “about as easy as you can get” dinner. This dressing had the perfect balance of sweet and salty and I sopped up every last drop on my plate with my potato and chicken. It was great on everything!
