I was excited for a day of college football and munching on this Queso Fundido.  Only problem was that my Queso Fundido didn’t turn out (and my team, the Kansas Jayhawks, lost).  Even when hot, my queso was more solid then gooey.  So solid, in fact, that my tortilla chips broke off while trying to dip and scoop.  I’m not quite sure what I did; however, don’t plan to attempt it again.
